Healthy Tuesday Nutrient of the Week: Vitamin C

You may think you know everything about vitamins, but you could be wrong. Research has made some new discoveries on the benefits of ascorbic acid popularly known as vitamin C . The majority of people already know that it is extremely good for us and has numerous health-promoting attributes. The adverse effects usually do not present when consuming dietary sources. The recommende...

The Biggest Obstacle...

Matthew 22:36-40   "Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Yeshua replied, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." Ironically, these are the two most neglected commandments among humankind. The flow of heart chakra energy is severely obstructed in way too many people.  This dilemma is epitomized by a personal experience I will share with you. About 2 years ago, I noticed that I became increasingly short of breath when walking short to moderate distances while out and about. The distances were the exact same and in some cases shorter than ones I previously navigated with no problems. It rarely happened when indoors, but mostly presented when I was walking from a parking lot into a building. Sometimes, the shortness of breath was accompan...
